History & Legends - Intro

The Chinese word 'Kwoon' is similar to the more known Japanese word 'Dojo'.  A 'Kwoon' is the hall where a kung fu school trains, a hall where, before entering, one greets, to pay respect to the style, and its ancestors...

In this section we will put kung-fu 'Trivia', just information that doesn't really fit in any other section...

At the top, you can chose between the subjects... History & Legends, Technique & Forms, Qi Gong, and Lion-Dance...

In this part of the 'Kwoon' (history & legends)  section we will put important historical events and legends that have influenced the development of kung-fu as we know it today...

Off course this will also be the place where we will place other interesting stories, facts, and myths related to Kung Fu / Wushu...
