Ji Ben Gong are the
basic techniques of kung fu. Before learning a 'Tao' (form), one
first learns the Ji Ben Gong (all with their own applications),
before putting them together as a form.

01 - Ma Bu Tan Bian (Horse
stance / Double fiststrike to the front and back)
02 - Gong Bu Xie Xing (Bow
and arrow stance / Double fiststrike to front and side)
