 Chang
Quan is probably the most popular wushu competition event of all wushu
competition events. It's widely being played by thousends of enthousiasts around
the world. It's a style that's especially known for it's spectacular jumpkicks.
Throughout the '80's and the '90's already the competition routine was seen a
lot. Nowadays one usualy performs the new competition routine.
Chang Quan is a wushu
style that´s especially suitable for young and flexible people, because of
it´s deep stances and high kicks.
